Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at support@haloluxehair.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will work to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
